Mishler Theatre Pennsylvania

The original theatre was opened in 1906 by Isaac Mishler. Unfortunately only 8 months later the neighbouring building caught fire which spread to the theatre, almost destroying it. The theatre was rebuilt and opened in 1907. In the 1960’s the theatre was going to be pulled down but the community prevented this from happening. Parts of the interior have been restored, much to its original look and restorations are still ongoing.The theatre is said to be haunted by many ghosts, the most popular being Isaac and a lady dressed in 1930’s clothing, it is thought she is the one responsible for the slamming of toilet seats and doors and turning lights off and on.
