The Bunyip native to Australia as been described in different ways, some say it is a gorilla type creature, others say it is half human half animals, whilst others describe it as having a tails, wings, long necks, claws, trunk, fur, scales, feather or fins or any combination of these, and they can vary greatly in size. The Aborigines say they are mainly seen by watery places such as swaps, billabongs and creeks. They rise from the water and can make a blood curdling crying sound, they feast on any animal or human that dare goes to close to them and their favourite prey is said to be women.
The first time it was reported was in the Bay Free Press in 1857 by Mr. Stoqueler.
